Flight Simulation

SKI has had an "aftermarket" services contract with CAE World Headquarters in Montreal, Canada for over 10 years. We have been their aftermarket partner for flight simulator motion base overhauls. Beginning with Federal Express in Memphis, TN to CAE overseas customers in Seville, Spain, SKI has delivered when it counted most. We have the capacity, we have the talent.

SKI and CAE, Montreal have a long standing relationship going back to 1997, starting with a ground up development project covering four years of joint testing and design leading to a newly-designed servo valve to be used on CAE motion actuators, to the complete refurbishment of CAE Motion Platforms. CAE customer services are not just limited to their own simulators; they also assist their customers in servicing other brand simulators that may be in use at CAE customer locations across the globe.

The most recent team project was the refurbishment of a Hydraudyne motion platform, a product of Bosch Rexroth. This project was completed on time, within budget and shipped from the U.S. back to Seville, Spain on schedule.

Servo Kinetics' services are part of the CAE customer parts and service manual. We appear on several pages as the source for refurbishment on the early generation CAE Motion Platforms. We also are the source for rebuilding obsolete products in CAE Customer Service Bulletins such as the first-generation Pegasus 1282 simulator servo valve which are now obsolete.
